We believed the next logical step following the completion of a Case Study was to write a Business Plan.  While the Cultural Plan addressed the environment for the Center and the Feasibility Study addressed the demand, the Business Plan is a full fledged forecast of revenue and expenses from each of the various sources of revenue such as the performing arts, education and the business community.  This detailed forecast addresses the profit and loss statement, the balance sheet and the cash flow.

 

We looked at various centers throughout the country to gain insight into the operations.  We found that each successful center is designed to meet the specific and unique needs of the community it serves.  Having said that, we are of the opinion that our center will achieve the same results.
