Once the Feasibility Study, Site Selection, and Master Plan are completed, the following questions will be answered:

• What will be built?
• What will it look like?
• Where will it be built?
• When will it be built?
• How much will it cost to build?
• How much will it cost to operate?

A capital campaign will be initiated to raise funds for the construction of the art center. The architect, engineers and consultants will be hired to prepare the design and construction documents that will be bid by various contractors. Fundraising progress will dictate the pace of the project and the completion date for the project phases. Funding will be secured from government, business and private sources - none of which alone can make this project a reality.
