The Cultural Plan recommended preparation of a Feasibility Study to develop a building program, a conceptual design, a capital cost estimate, a business plan and operating budget for the facility, an action plan, site selection criteria, and a project schedule. The Feasibility Study completed in January, 2008 by arts management, architectural, and theater consultants included recommendations regarding site selection.  It will be presented to the Harford County Executive and Harford County Counci in April, 2008 and will be posted to this site in May, 2008.

The work of the Center for the Arts over the past two years has focused on identifying and quantifying the cultural needs of the community.  With the completion of the Feasibility Study, we will now proceed with the Case for Support and the Pre-Capital Campaign Planning Study to assess the region’s fundraising potential.
