The Cultural Plan recommended preparation of a Feasibility Study to develop a building program, a conceptual design and a capital cost estimate.  It also addressed an action plan, site selection criteria and a project time line.  The Feasibility Study was completed in January of 2008.

The work for the Center for the Arts has focused on identifying and quantifying the cultural needs of the community.  Once the Feasibility Study was complete, attention turned to the Case Study to determine if sufficient public funding would be available to fund the project.  In conjunction with the Case Study, a Pre-Capital Campaign Planning Study assessed the County's private sources of funds for the project.
